Achieve sales targets in Pondicherry, promote products, and build stakeholder relationships.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales target
- Carrying out effective fieldwork without direct day-to-day supervision
- Reporting fieldwork daily on the assigned online system
- Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of the assigned division
- Generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share
- Promoting the Division’s products as per strategy
- Building relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.)
- Facilitating strategy building
- Acting as a good Brand Ambassador
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ideal candidate will have:
- BSc/B. Pharma education
- 2+ years of experience or be a fresher with good communication and analytical skills
- Prior/current experience in the same therapy is advantageous
- Experience from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies is a plus
- Fluent and confident communication skills
