Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales target
  • Carrying out effective fieldwork without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Reporting fieldwork daily on the assigned online system
  • Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of the assigned division
  • Generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share
  • Promoting the Division’s products as per strategy
  • Building relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.)
  • Facilitating strategy building
  • Acting as a good Brand Ambassador

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • BSc/B. Pharma education
  • 2+ years of experience or be a fresher with good communication and analytical skills
  • Prior/current experience in the same therapy is advantageous
  • Experience from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies is a plus
  • Fluent and confident communication skills
