Achieve sales targets in Bangalore, promote products, and build relationships with stakeholders.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales target.
- Carrying out effective fieldwork without direct day-to-day supervision.
- Reporting fieldwork daily on the assigned online system.
- Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of the assigned division.
- Generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share.
- Promoting the Division’s products as per strategy.
- Building relationships with stakeholders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, etc.).
- Facilitating strategy building.
- Acting as a good Brand Ambassador.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- BSc/B. Pharma.
- 2+ years of experience or be a fresher with good communication and analytical skills.
- Prior/current experience in the same therapy is advantageous.
- Experience with MNC and top Indian Pharma companies is a plus.
- Fluent and confident communication skills.
