Your role

What would you do? 

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs candidates with Compensation & Benefits experience in Equity Compensation and Share Plan will manage the non-cash pay that represents ownership in a firm. This can include, restricted stock & performance shares. This allows the employees of the firm to share in the profits via appreciation & can encourage retention share plan management gives a company employees equity ownership rights or the right to buy shares in the business. Country-specific taxation and financial reporting rules add to the intricacies of managing equity compensation.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • In this role, you must solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Your primary interaction is with your team and your direct supervisor.
  • In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
  • The decisions that you make impact your work and are closely supervised.
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
