Your role

• Support the standard operational activities for our clients with superior quality and within stipulated turnaround time
• Independently resolve basic client-related inquiries and issues
• Effectively escalate complex issues as appropriate
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions
• Assist on special team projects as needed

• Good understanding of Digital marketing concepts& domain knowledge in Social Media like CTR, CPM, etc.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power point and Excel. Must have a working knowledge of pivots & formulas in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Quick learner with proven ability to work in a team
