Job description:

Policies

  • Conduct Benchmarking studies: Analyze competitor and non-competitors for best practices and policies.
  • Design new policies and processes based on benchmark studies.
  • Update, implement, communicate and administer established HR policies.
  • Advise Business HRs on individual and administrative circumstances. Provide resolution to queries of moderate and high complexity.
  • Ensure HR processes are aligned with the policies.
  • Prevention of sexual harassment.
  • Act as a POSH counsel and subject matter expert for all sexual harassments cases.
  • Ensure compliance to the Act (meeting the timelines, documentation and quarterly meetings, etc.).
  • Work closely with legal to provide guidance to the IC members.


Program Management

  • Identify opportunities for new programs and initiatives within the ER and policies portfolio areas.
  • Build a strong business case for new initiatives and gain leadership buy-in.
  • Design and deploy new programs and initiatives working closely with ER, HR, and Legal / Employment Law team.
  • Review the effectiveness of programs and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Consolidate and report progress to HR and business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create content and materials for ER, HR, supervisors, employees enablement.
