Your role

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
• Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners’ itineraries
• Responsible for operating telephone switchboards and answering and transferring calls.
• Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office or person.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail.
• Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies.
• Supervise meeting room reservations and catering arrangements
