Your role

About the role:

The business Analysts with the Commercial Banking Coverage Group will work with the Segment Heads and their teams to support them with decision-making. The Business Analyst will be working with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and leaders across locations to derive insights about the segment’s portfolio of customers. Additionally, the Business Analyst will help in the implementation and monitoring of models for risk management and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business insights by analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and monitor models for risk management and business growth.
• Conduct a risk review of the portfolio and analyze the portfolio to identify well-performing and poorly-performing segments.
• Conduct market/industry research to identify markets/sectors for entry/exit.
• Develop and implement an Early Warning System (EWS) to identify probable NPAs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cross-selling and marketing efforts.
• Evaluate and implement credit bureau products.
• Interact and develop business relationships with key stakeholders.
