Your role

The CTS Grid operations team is responsible for processing inward zones and tallying and submission of inward returns within session cut-off timings. They are also responsible for timely processing and ensuring that clear funds are made available for the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure tallying and processing of sub-member instruments within cut-off timings
• Ensure timely processing of outward returns and regularization of outward zones
• Ensure error-free verification of inward/ outward clearing cheques.
• Achieve productivity targets assigned by the supervisor.
• Responsible for the reduction of staff and vendor errors impacting customers
• Responsible for minimizing fraud/ operational losses

About you
