About the Department
The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization like hiring & recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing & overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development, and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in the right jobs in the Bank.
About the Role
The Circle HR acts as a strategic partner to the business and defines, executes the HR strategy for the business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement. The Circle HR manages the end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, payroll, attendance, grievance handling, employee relations, and employee separation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Employee Retention
- Manage Voluntary Attrition for the Circle
- Sales Attrition - Initiatives to be driven at the Circle level to control attrition and supervising Circle level initiatives
- Ensure Improvement over last year in Sales for the circle
- Be an Advocate of Values and Inclusive Culture
- Ensure Reduction in behavioral escalations
- Coverage of employees under Value Drives through Interactive sessions
- DEI & wellness Initiatives to be driven
- Ensuring proper manning with diversity spread as required for the year
- Ensuring focus on Internal pipeline development for Leadership roles
- Improving employee productivity through different regional and Circle level initiatives (Formalizing process of review & action to be taken involving business, ex: Productivity Council)
- Reduction of employees falling under Performance Improvement
- Ensure Completion of annual PMS Process, Midyear feedback
- Training sessions to be organized for 1st-time managers on PMS process
- To ensure adherence/compliance to defined processes and policies - Audit Observations/BGV/Escalations
- Ensuring 100% Induction for new joiners
- Driving various projects and learning initiatives
- 100% Mandatory courses
- Coverage of self-development programs
Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate with Banking background

- Good communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills)
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

- Ability to work as a part of the team and contribute towards team goals
