Your role

Job Description:

Audit Management:

• Managing internal and external audits of HR Function
• Ensure effective stakeholder management w.r.t. closure of audit observations
• Ensure minimizing audit observations in all final audit reports
• Reduce & close IFC  irregularities for payroll, resignation, and retirals
• Keeping track record of Open/Closed observations
• Ensure all Audit Reports pertaining to HR Operations are delivered to Senior Management  in a timely manner for the Review

Process Control:

• Cleansing of data across verticals and peripheral software to ensure a uniform MIS experience.
• Data cleaning & synchronization in Fusion & TSR
• Master Maintenance for Fusion
• Ensure Payroll Control checks on a monthly basis
• Process control to ensure better financial and operational control 

Efficiency in Operations:

• Preparing, Monitoring, and improving in Level of Efficiency in Operations (LEO) score and dashboard to be published on monthly basis.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management w.r.t. to avail of Mandatory Leave as per Statutory Requirements and to be delivered/updated to Senior Management in a timely manner for review.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management w.r.t. to Staff Rotation exercise as per Statutory Requirements and to be delivered/updated to senior management in a timely manner for review.
