Our Experienced Talent Recruiting team identifies top talent around the world for a diverse range of positions at Bain from inception through to completion. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and become an integral part of our candidate experience. The Associate, Experienced Talent Recruiting at Bain & Company will partner with our Global Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to schedule and manage the logistics surrounding candidate interviews for assigned roles around the world and across various functions.

What You'll Do 

  • You will play an integral role in supporting recruiting activities and building candidate relationships throughout the interview process
  • Coordinate all administrative aspects of the interview scheduling process which requires close communications with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Provide timely communications to all stakeholders, including, but not limited to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
  • Coordinate phone screens, in-person and virtual/video interviews
  • Assist with the initiation of candidate travel logistics when necessary
  • Confirm interview logistics with candidates as well as interviewers. Ensure that scheduled interviews are moving along as intended
  • Partner with Recruiters to draft and send offer letters 
  • Initiate and monitor APAC background checks for offers extended working in with our Americas Screening team and notify Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates of successful outcomes
  • Provide light recruiting support for temporary positions
  • Utilize Bain’s Applicant Tracking System as necessary
  • Assist Recruiters in collecting interview feedback as needed
  • Participate in various HR/Recruiting project initiatives
  • Develop creative solutions for process improvements that will enhance your daily activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You

  • You have an innate ability to manage complex calendars with precision
  • Experience working in a demanding, multi-time zone environment and have an ability to manage competing tasks
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and utilize bold creativity to apply to changing needs and situations
  • A strong sense of urgency and customer service focus as you will play a key role in representing us as we acquire talent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; prior experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
