You will be part of our Global Alumni Network department and report to our Global Alumni Vice-President, based in Washington D.C. You will work closely with other members of the Global Alumni team as well as our global alumni population to meet the alumni data and engagement needs for the firm. You will also work closely with Bain’s Data Quality Management team, based in New Delhi and the global Bain Career Advisory team.
In this role, you will support the Global Alumni team and service our 18K+ alumni through data stewardship and data analytics. In addition to being responsible for the data quality of our alumni records, this role will maintain a series of dashboards and automated workflows that enable our Bain team members to build lifelong relationships with our alumni. As a member of the global team, this person is expected to support the data support needs of our global alumni digital engagement platform. In addition, this person will have an opportunity to expand their technical ability across a range of tools including Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, MS Power Automate and MS Teams.
The Global Alumni Associate will help to achieve Bain’s Global Alumni program goals by providing analytic and operational support for the program, primarily focused on alumni database of record management, annual alumni surveys and periodic alumni compensation and career progression studies. This includes maintaining, updating and improving our approach collecting and monitoring alumni engagement approach and utilization of alumni data for segmentation in-depth; supporting Bain’s commercial efforts; conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis for IP investment projects; contributing to research, analysis, and codification of findings from alumni studies; helping to develop content for internal and external meetings, and collaborating with the global alumni team to support operations as necessary (primarily in select areas of expertise). This position is a full-time role.
