The role is to manage corporate cards for employees on a global scale. The associate will be responsible for supporting employees with queries around corporate cards but also for reconciling travel accounts and providing reporting support for executives. Such a person will focus on cooperation with internal employees as well as Amex.
Strong communication skills, Excel skills, fluent English and attention to detail are essential for this position.
The main responsibilities of Associate, Corporate Card will be approving, cancelling and suspending Amex cards in the external Amex system. In addition, the associate will be responsible for following up on delinquent accounts and cancelling the cards if necessary. The role will require BTA (Business Travel Account), Uber/Lyft ride, and meals reconciliation.
