Position Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for executing firm’s entry level strategy, including building and maintaining relationships, marketing the firm to selected universities, facilitating the candidate offer and on-campus acceptance process and executing winter and summer internship programs.

Responsibilities & Duties (Not Limited to):

  • Work hand-in-hand with the campus lead and business to facilitate the campus recruiting process
  • Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive on campus/off-campus presentations and on campus interviews
  • Create and maintain firms campus recruiting calendar for year
  • Coordinate logistics for campus events (i.e. on-campus interviews, creating candidate files etc.)
  • Collect interview feedback from business and ensure that it is updated
  • Ensure regular updates are shared with the recruiting leader post the hiring event
  • Adapt to dynamic work environment and find solutions to unforeseen circumstances
  • Ensure the seamless on-boarding process of all intern and full time hires- offer letter generation, background check process
  • Execute the firm’s winter and summer internship program
  • Track metrics to determine effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts (Analyze year on year college performance and recommend solution basis data driven approach)
  • Support campus recruiting market research exercise as and when required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA with 0-1 years of relevant experience in HR domain
  • Willingness to travel PAN India (50% travel for recruiting and engagements)
  • Proficient in Excel, and Powerpoint, with the ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Detail orientation, analytical bent of mind, organized, strong team player and customer orientation
  • Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing projects
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment with great amount of professionalism
