The BCN comprises Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.

Who You'll Work With:

You will be a part of the India CoE (Center of Expertise) in BCN’s Consulting Services and work with India consulting case teams across the New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru offices on live Indian / MNC clients cases helping them with their strategy and in achieving their objectives. You will get cross-industry exposure with deep understanding/knowledge of Bain clients’ businesses. You will interact with India office Partners / Managers / Consultants and build your India client network.

What You'll Do:

  • Work on client cases with Bain consultants and get deep knowledge/understanding of a client P&L / business/industry
  • Take responsibility for the assigned workstreams to deliver high-quality output
  • Conduct targeted secondary and primary research in sync with India teams
  • Analyze data/research to draw meaningful insights
  • Collaborate and contribute effectively in a team environment, and deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
  • Own up to professional development by consistently seeking actionable feedback

About You:

  • Undergraduate with strong academic records and 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Or postgraduate with strong academic records and 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills
  • Ability to look at the bigger picture and draw insights/recommendations for the clients
  • Comfortable with secondary and primary research across a variety of sources
  • Fast and eager learner – ready to ramp up on newer problems and topics
  • Thinks like an owner – pushes boundaries of their own work
  • Learning agility to internalize new ways of working, pick new analytical tools, and adapt to ever-changing project expectations and client needs
