Who You'll Work With:

The opportunity is with Middle East Centre of Expertise (CoE). ME CoE mainly works with Riyadh, Dubai and Doha offices. As an Associate, you would work with Bain partners, clients and case teams across industries, functions and regions to provide research, knowledge & analytics support. You will collaborate with business leaders, acting as a thought partner in providing advice and client-ready insights.

You will lead 1-2 team members on problem solving, work-planning, research, analytics, and overall content and materials for client discussions/workshops. You will also help Bain partners in developing intellectual property, go-to market materials, pitch documents and publications. 

What You'll Do:

  • Performing research/analysis across all geographies and industries and structuring approaches/presentations for adding value in complex business analysis
  • Preparing an action plan for client to implement the strategic solutions and manage its execution
  • Ability to provide solid business judgement to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
  • May have first level team management responsibility which involves allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts 

About You:

  • Graduate (preferably with degree in engineering / science / commerce / business / economics) and MBA from top-tier institute/university with high academic records
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to lead the team towards pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent project management and team management skills
  • Proficient at using various analytical and reporting / visualization tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle dynamic case expectations
  • Highly effective communication skills and ability and deliver clear and professional presentations to senior stakeholders (Bain managers, partners and clients)
  • Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills
