BCN plays a critical role in supporting Bain's case teams globally to help with analytics and research across all industries, for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.
This position is for an Associate role in the ‘Founder’s mentality and CEO Forums’ team within the Strategy teams that work with senior stakeholders across the globe. Associates lead 1-2 analysts, working under the guidance of a Project Leader, playing a key role in driving the workstream’s overall answer and final materials and helping their lead/manager with client communication, work planning, and team management.
Founder’s mentality team develops research-based frameworks, case studies and CEO insights across emerging strategic issues. The team is the custodian of the FM diagnostic survey and manages Bain’s CEO Forums initiative—a critical pillar of strategy practice’s commercialization strategy. Specific work-streams include:
