Your Role

The objective is to create a virtuous cycle of improvement in our product & process to increase ease for our DMS Field team to run their daily activities.

• Communication planning and executing the campaigns within TAT as per the process.
• Governance checks in all the campaigns with end-to-end scenarios are mandatory to avoid escalations.
• Strong technology adoption, project delivery, and domain experience in Debt Management services.
• Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements concerning system fitment while keeping the operational process in the center.
• KPI development and monitoring.
• Managing communications for DMS, execution of notification and SMS campaigns for higher digital payment penetration.

About You

Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduates or Postgraduate freshers or experienced with Project Management skill set along with communication skills.
• Understanding or experience in Project Management.
• Semi-technical understanding of Oracle Responsys, SQL, APIs, and Loan life cycle understanding.
• Majorly should have good Excel knowledge.
