Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of advertising campaigns.
- Assist in prospecting and generating leads through online research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Support the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Assist in maintaining client databases, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in BTL advertising.
- Generate leads through gate crashing events and other creative methods to expand the agency's client base.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
