Job Summary: Seeking a Business Development Intern to drive field operations and liaise with clients, vendors, and teams for seamless advertising campaign execution. Key role in client satisfaction with top-tier customer service. Requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
•  coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of advertising campaigns. 
• Assist in prospecting and generating leads through online research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Support the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Assist in maintaining client databases, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in BTL advertising.
• Generate leads through gate crashing events and other creative methods to expand the agency's client base.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
