Your role

As part of the Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in:

• Learn & perform services and maintenance activities at customers' sites/properties on industrial X-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high-end PCs.
• Learn the process involved in administrative activities related to field service and support in a timely manner.
• Learn to deliver customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
• Monitoring site safety during work scope execution. 
• Having the ability to travel to customer sites at short notice 70% of the time.
• Carrying out the duties assigned in a compliant manner with integrity.

Training & development

The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on-the-job learning and exposure. You will also get a chance to work on the current industry challenge with mentorship and guidance from industry experts and leaders.

About you

To be successful in this traineeship you will: 

• Have recently graduated with a Bachelors (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation) from an accredited university in India. Having a diploma degree will be an added benefit.
• Graduated within the last 24 months.
• Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (more than 60%)
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills 
• Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge 
• Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
