As Unified Communication Analyst; you will be responsible for daily operational support of Baker Hughes global collaboration platforms including Hybrid Exchange 2016, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Skype for Business, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.  A deep understanding of the collaboration platforms is essential and a willingness to learn and successfully deploy new technologies.

As a Unified Communication Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing operational support for Baker Hughes’ unified collaboration platforms including Exchange 2016, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and other collaboration technologies.
• Managing Mail hygiene platforms and mail transport technologies
• Developing automation and self-service capabilities.
• Developing and ensuring collaboration platforms are maintained in a compliant manner aligning with company and external standards and requirements.
• Working with cross-functional and internal teams on additional projects, as required.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have technical competence within the area of expertise and the ability to develop and implement high-level systems strategies.
• Have knowledge of Exchange 2016, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint hybrid environment, or other collaboration technologies.
• Have PowerShell scripting capabilities. 
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, structured team environment and have collaboration skills.
