Introduction:
This role is within the Research Business Management – Risk & Control team, which operates controls to cover key risks for the Research department, including but not limited to Information Barriers, Management of Conflicts of Interest, Personal Account Dealing, Headcount Management, and Research Event Controls – Speaker vetting and Company Conflicts checks.
This role will specifically focus on undertaking External Speaker Vetting and Company Conflicts checks for events such as roadshows, conferences, field trips, industry/expert events, etc. organized by or for Research. The role will involve operating a high-volume process with quick turnaround, which may require taking subjective calls from time to time and where attention to detail is key.
The role requires interaction with the wider Research Business Management Team Globally, Research Compliance, Corporate Access, Product Management Group, Research Analysts, and stakeholders outside of Research such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Government Relations, Legal, etc.
