Your role

Introduction:

  • Provide high-quality LSF processing support to Credit Managers by completion of LSF within a stipulated time frame
  • Process any additional LSF-related activity about cases sanctioned by the Credit Manager
  • Working in partnership with the Credit Managers, Coverage team, and Post Sanction Case managers to ensure that we provide a joined-up service to our customers at all times
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to risk policies and guidelines
  • They will also need to drive a culture of continuous improvement and maintain an effective working relationship with stakeholders across functions and locations

Responsibilities:

  • The analyst is responsible for processing LSF for customers via relevant systems
  • To submit credit cases to RSU/Coverage for sanctioning, wherever required
  • To ensure timely completion of activities in collaboration with CMs/Coverage
  • Manage stakeholder expectations concerning timeliness and quality
  • React quickly to urgent requests to complete LSF submission
  • Identify new opportunities for enhancing/streamlining the process 
  • Work effectively with peers and the management team to achieve shared business objectives
  • Keep up to date with the changes in procedures and guidelines
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to an environment of mutual support by sharing knowledge with other team members
  • Ensure working within the control framework
  • To submit credit cases to RSU/Coverage for sanctioning, wherever required
