Your role

• The role holder is responsible for acting as a key member within the team to deliver against M365 objectives, ensuring users are supported with any questions or issues with SharePoint, Yammer, Power platform or Microsoft Teams and contributing to the automation / self-serve capabilities to ensure users are upskilled without heavy reliance on support teams.
• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint are both high-dependency technologies that require fast and active resolutions to ensure that users have minimal downtime from being able to do their BAU activities / have access to bank-critical tools and processes.
• Ensuring that we have enough resources is imperative to cover this support model and to meet/exceed IPC objectives thus allowing operations to run smoothly within the bank.
• Working in Yammer, Power platform, SharePoint and Power Automate

• Having enough resources directly impacts the service they can offer our end users, not enough resources will mean more downtime for users that will not be able to perform their BAU role, due to reliance on our support model.
