Your role

Introduction:

To provide support to identify, quantify, plan, and control business design and analysis-related activity in order to support the high-performance delivery of multiple projects & programs.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis during project scoping (data analysis, data modeling, key drivers/objectives)
• Ongoing Data analysis to support project objectives and inform direction
• Undertake & leverage data analysis for identification of opportunities and recommending options, and associated costs 
• Production of Management Information to support project reporting
• Stakeholder analysis
• Business partner collaboration to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
• Support the PM for business case/project charters
• Business process analysis & improvement

About you

Basic Requirements:

• Demonstrate analytical skills
• Demonstrate ability to manipulate data in MS Excel; proficient with MS Suite of applications
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and positive attitude
• Demonstrate a desire to learn innovative techniques to analyze data (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Splunk, etc.)
• Broad IT domain experience and basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
• Proven ability to deliver to timescales and deadlines
• Familiarity with general business functions
• Problem-solving and strong communication skills

Skills:

• Awareness of and ability to apply BA and PM techniques and tools (BCS/BABOK/CBAP/ITIL qualified)
