Job purpose

The Analyst is responsible to perform monthly Audits allocated to them basis the compliance policies, report out the non-compliances, and completing the operational
activities as per the defined timelines.

Your task & responsibilities

• Complete the Assigned audits within the timeline and report the non-compliance to the stakeholders
• Ensure that i-docs / Accruals / Report generation is completed as per the timelines defined
• Monitor/Clear E-vendor and Credit card GL open items and respond to the queries from the region that has been assigned to
• To demonstrate Problem Solving Skills while addressing critical issues within the process
• Respond to the queries within the TAT agreed
• To have an eye for details in identifying gaps in compliance & process
• Support org-wide initiatives with active participation
• Work on the QC feedback highlighted by the Sr Auditor/SME/Lead

Who you are

• B. Com/MBA Finance or any Accounting Degree
• 0-3 years of T&E experience
• Attention to details
• Good Knowledge of MS Office- Excel and Powerpoint
• Should be good in accounting
• Knowledge of any Foreign Language would be an added advantage
• Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
