Your role

BEL, Bengaluru complex is engaging Non-Engineering Graduates to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of one year under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region, Chennai in the following graduation streams:

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Training, development & rotations

Technology programs are conducted in collaboration with DIAT/IITs and experts from various Technology organizations at BEL. Management Development Programs are organized at MDI/IIMs for various grade executives. General Managers are nominated for Advanced Management Programs (AMPs) through leading institutes like MDI/IIPA. Skill Upgradation and Development Programs are conducted for Non-Executives in various subjects.

Salary & benefits

• Monthly stipend is 10,500/- (Rupees Ten Thousand & Five Hundred only).
• Canteen facility will be provided on a chargeable basis.
• Transport facility will be provided on a chargeable basis.
• No Accommodation facility will be provided.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.

About You

To apply for this position, you must have the following eligibility criteria :

• Candidates having CGPA scores or Grade systems should convert them into percentages as per their respective university norms.
• Conversion details prescribed by the university/college should be furnished.
• Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms.
• Selected candidates will be informed through E-Mail followed by the publishing of a list of selected candidates on the BEL Website.
• Candidates must produce original graduation certificates/ marks cards issued by the competent authority at the time of verification.
• Suppression of facts & furnishing false information will lead to disqualification/Rejection of candidature.
• Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification

Other criteria:

• The candidate’s domicile must be from Karnataka state only.
• Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-01-2020.
• The candidate’s upper age limit is 25 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates. Relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with disabilities.
• The minimum Percentage in Graduation for General & OBC candidates should be 50% & above. For SC/ST candidates minimum Percentage in Graduation should be 40% & above. 
• Candidates who have undergone or undergoing Optional Trade Training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment/organization are not eligible.
• Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
• Candidates who do not possess a Degree/Provisional Degree certificate are not eligible.
