Your role

Bharat Electronics Limited-Ghaziabad, a leading Navaratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence proposes to engage Graduate Apprentice under the Apprentices Act,1961(Amended) for one year. The Apprenticeship training s offered in the following designated trades.

• Mechanical Engineering
• Computer Science (Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science &Technology, Computer Technology & Computer Engineering)
• Electronics (Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering & Electronics)
• Civil Engineering

Selection will be based on the merit of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the Interview conducted by BEL Ghaziabad.

Training, development & rotations

Technology programs are conducted in collaboration with DIAT/IITs and experts from various Technology organizations at BEL. Management Development Programs are organized at MDI/IIMs for various grade executives. General Managers are nominated for Advanced Management Programs (AMPs) through leading institutes like MDI/IIPA. Skill Upgradation and Development Programs are conducted for Non-Executives in various subjects.

As per the training policy of the Company, the selected candidates shall undergo one-year on-the-job training.

About You

To apply for this position, you must have the following eligibility criteria :

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• The candidate should have passed their BE/B. Tech in the above-mentioned engineering branches recognized by AICTE or GOI on or after 30/09/2019.
• Age limit: Maximum age should not be more than 25 years as of 30/09/2022.
• Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PWD and 3 years for OBC candidate
• The selection criteria will be based on the merit of the percentage of marks obtained by a candidate in an Interview conducted by BEL Ghaziabad.
• Minimum pass marks will be required for employee ward in the Interview for selection.
