Your role

Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company and India’s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence requires the following personnel on a temporary basis for its Hyderabad unit, Machilipatnam Unit and Bengaluru Unit.

Training & development

Technology programs are conducted in collaboration with DIAT/IITs and experts from various Technology organizations at BEL. Management Development Programs are organized at MDI/IIMs for various grade executives. General Managers are nominated for Advanced Management Programs (AMPs) through leading institutes like MDI/IIPA. Skill Upgradation and Development Programs are conducted for Non-Executives in various subjects.

Trainee Officer will be engaged initially for a period of Two years which may be extended up to a maximum of ONE year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on requirements and individual performance.

Salary & benefits

Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of INR 30,000, INR 35,000/- & INR 40,000/- for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of the contract respectively. ( Source: BEL India).

About You

You must have the following eligibility criteria to apply for this role :

Qualification:

• MA (Hindi) or any PG with proficiency in Hindi i.e., studied Hindi as a medium in matriculation or studied Hindi as an elective subject at Degree level.
• Candidate must possess all years/semester marks sheet and degree certificate. (In case of CGPA / DGPA/ OGPA etc. grading, a conversion certificate to substantiate the claim shall be attached and has to be indicated in the application form.)
• Freshers can apply for the post
• Candidates should have obtained 55% & above in the indicated qualification for General, OBC, and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
• Candidates having part-time or correspondence courses in indicated qualifications are not eligible.
• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Age (as of 01.02.2023): 28 years (relaxation applies)
• The upper age limit mentioned above is for General candidates. The upper age limit will be relaxable for PWD candidates for 10 years, SC candidates for 5 years, and for OBC candidates for 3 years respectively.
