Research and Development Intern (Battery management system) null

Job Description:

• The role of a Research and Development Intern (Battery management system) is to develop schematic and to design BMS algorithms using simulations or with the help of model-based design. He/She should be able to perform circuit simulation using software to ensure its proper functionality.

Role and Responsibilities:

• SOC & SOH graph analysis and preparation
• Carrying out various cell tests, validation.
• Carrying out model-based design, BMS algorithms, simulation, numerical modeling, cell behavior studies.
• Component level benchmarking and data generation.
• Operating voltage window, voltage cutoff at the cell level, active/passive balancing technology, SOC determination algorithm, charging profile CC-CV.
• Execute and interpret research for product development.
• Implementation of a battery management system to ensure battery efficiency and safety.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Electrical /Mechanical /Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• In-depth knowledge about electrical engineering and MATLAB Simulink software.
• Basic knowledge about lithium-ion batteries and battery management systems.
• Basic knowledge about circuit construction, circuit modeling, and simulation.
• High-level knowledge of safe voltage practices.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics components.
• Problem-solving, innovative thinking, and reasoning skills.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent organizational & planning skills to meet agreed project deadlines.
