Your Role

• Engineering Assistant Trainee will undergo training for an initial period of six months. 

Training & Development

Technology programs are conducted in collaboration with DIAT/IITs and experts from various Technology organizations at BEL. Management Development Programs are organized at MDI/IIMs for various grade executives. General Managers are nominated for Advanced Management Programs (AMPs) through leading institutes like MDI/IIPA. Skill Upgradation and Development Programs are conducted for Non-Executives in various subjects.

Trainee Officer will be engaged initially for a period of Two years which may be extended up to a maximum of ONE year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on requirements and individual performance.

Salary & Benefits

Engineering Assistant Trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs.24,500 - Rs.90,000 per Month plus admissible allowances. On successful completion of the training and on passing the gradation test they will be placed on the regular pay scale. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 30% of annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, and Gratuity as per Company rules will be part of the remuneration package.

About You

• Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution of at least 3 years duration in the relevant subject.
• The candidate must possess all valid mark sheets, Final Certificates, or Convocation certificates.
• The minimum percentage of marks in Essential Educational Qualification is 60% aggregate (General/OBC) or 50% aggregate (ST/PwBD).
• Registration in Maharashtra Employment Exchange is mandatory.
• Only Indian nationals need to apply.
