Your role

Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna category Central Public Sector Enterprise and India’s leading professional Electronics Company, under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, requires professionals for the post of Trainee Officer – I on a short-term basis for its Corporate Office.

Post:

• Trainee Officer – I (Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR))- MSW in Community Development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day functions at CSR/CO.
• Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders and assist the officers in the projects of CSR.
• Undertake site visits to monitor and report the progress of CSR projects.

Training & development

Technology programs are conducted in collaboration with DIAT/IITs and experts from various Technology organizations at BEL. Management Development Programs are organized at MDI/IIMs for various grade executives. General Managers are nominated for Advanced Management Programs (AMPs) through leading institutes like MDI/IIPA. Skill Upgradation and Development Programs are conducted for Non-Executives in various subjects.

Trainee Officer will be engaged initially for a period of Two years which may be extended up to a maximum of ONE year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on requirements and individual performance.

Salary & benefits

Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of INR 30,000, INR 35,000/- & INR 40,000/- for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of the contract respectively. ( Source: BEL India).

About you

You must have the following eligibility criteria to apply for this role :

Qualification:

• Trainee Engineer – I: Masters in Social Work from a recognized University / Institution in Community Development disciplines. Candidates belonging to any other discipline will not be considered for this post.
• Working knowledge of Computer, MS Office Tools, Good Communication Skills (Oral & Written). Knowledge of Govt. Legislation on CSR will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have obtained 55% & above in the indicated qualification for General, OBC, and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Age (as of 01.06.2023): 28 years (relaxation applies)
• The upper age limit mentioned above is for General candidates. The upper age limit will be relaxable for PWD candidates for 10 years, SC candidates for 5 years, and OBC candidates for 3 years respectively.
