Your role

What will you do?

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and best practices.
• Plan and conduct user research studies including planning, setup, sourcing participants, analysis, and documentation of insights/findings.
• Analyze research results and contribute well-articulated recommendations and documents.
• Analyze data charts, screen recordings, heatmaps, etc to find patterns and insights.
