Your role

Role Summary:

• Adherence to cGMP and EHS norms.
• Cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of instruments/equipment
• Maintenance of warehouse facility in coordination with the maintenance department.
• Monitoring temperature and relative humidity across the warehouse.
• Dispensing and the issue of raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
• Handling of shop floor returned materials.
• Execution and reporting of physical stock verification.
• Monitoring of Raw material/Packing material sampling and storage.
• Monitoring and control of retesting rejected and expired materials.
• Coordination with inter-departments (QA, QC, Production, E&M Instrumentation, EHS, and Admin) for day-to-day activities.
• Review of shop floor-related warehouse documentation.
• Documentation control.
• Reporting to the next higher level on all non-conformities
• Handling and monitoring casual employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Adherence to CGMP and EHS norms as per the outlaid procedures.
• Control of QMS-related documentation.
• Handle regulatory, customer, statutory, and safety audits and ensure compliance.
• Initiation, review, and execution of deviation reports and change controls.
• Preparation, review, and implementation of SOPs
• Preparation and execution of RQ protocols
• Establishing and review of EHS objectives, targets, and management programs in the department.
• Adherence to EHS norms as per the outlaid procedures.
• Preparation and review of AIM, HIRA, and other Quality and EHS documents
