Client Services Intern null

Your role

As a Client Services Intern, you will be on the front lines of ensuring Broadridge's global hedge fund client base is effectively using our Order Management System (OMS), reference data, and risk products day-to-day to drive their business.

Responsibilities

• Improve the database to further enhance lead generation and extend potential opportunities in the region.
• Ensure that the contact database is clean and up to date.
• Monthly monitoring, completion, and publication of data.
• Validating the data to ensure it is of a high quality.
• Perform other duties supporting operations as needed.
• Gain hedge fund industry and position insights while performing operational support tasks such as preparing and processing documents, conducting research and analysis, liaising with clients, and running ad hoc tasks as needed.

About you

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a college/university taking Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, and/or other related disciplines.
• Fluent in English both oral and written communication.
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.

Requirements

• Location: Makati City, Metro Manila.
• Internships must be part of the academic curriculum. Applicants who are enrolled in an internship/OJT or any similar subjects will be prioritized.
