Your role

Calix communications team offers interns a chance to delve into diverse communication realms, from social media management and analytics to bolstering thought leadership and internal communications strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage social media platforms, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and social media listening.
• Provide support to ensure the press release team can measure the impact and effectiveness of press release stories.
• Support the development and execution of a "thought leadership" program, including research, content creation, and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining a weekly cadence of internal communications newsletters.

About you

 Requirements:

• Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (2023 or 2024 graduates)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Have a passion for learning and exploring various aspects of corporate communications.                                                                                                                                                   

Duration:

The internship would be for one year, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance and availability.
