Your role

The company seeks Customer Success Interns who demonstrate quick adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively across success guidance, education, support, and delivery teams. Their primary responsibility involves aiding customers in achieving business objectives and resolving issues utilizing Calix products and managed services. Additionally, interns play a crucial role in offering feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and elevate the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members by pulling the necessary information required to deliver customer-facing engagements
  • Implement strategies to ensure customers receive rapid and proactive knowledge and support.
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to growth by creating and updating content, playbooks, and processes.
  • Develop processes and relationships to increase customer retention and loyalty, ultimately increasing renewal rates.
  • Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and update data in customer success management software.
  • Deliver customer-facing engagements.

About you

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, communications, or related field.
  • MBA in business, management, or marketing with a bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Certifications, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Any certifications, knowledge, or experience in networking technologies, routers, switches, subscriber management, or related domains would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, chat, and email tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of best practices and trends in customer success and retention.
  • Ability to pull data, analyze them, and make recommendations based on customer feedback and metrics.

Duration:

The internship would be for one year, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance and availability.

Flexibility:

  • The intern should be able to work across different time zones and adapt to the needs of customers and stakeholders in various regions, such as the US, Europe, and APAC.
  • The intern should be comfortable with using online collaboration tools and communicating effectively in a remote setting.
