Your role

The primary responsibility of this role is to update and consolidate Professional Services Cloud processes into a single location. The candidate must be detail-oriented, creative, and able to work with cross-functional teams. Key tasks include creating a single process flow chart via Visio with links to all supporting documentation, job aids, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Identifies and reviews the documentation to be updated.
• Host calls with experts to update documentation, delete obsolete documentation, and create/review process flow charts.
• Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents for grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.  Includes appropriate screenshots/diagrams to provide process clarity.
• Ensures content clarity by suggesting improvements in sentence structure, word choice, and overall flow of content.
• Organizes, tracks, and manages versions of proofread materials, ensuring the latest versions are included in the overall process.

About you

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or Completing a BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Knowledge of standard proofreading practices, procedures, and concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated, works with a high level of autonomy.
• Career Interests in Project Management and/or Program Management.
• Willingness to work in shifts: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am Indian Standard Time.
