Your role

Responsibilities and duties

  • Tool Optimization and Management: Ensure optimal usage of sales enablement tools such as Seismic, Lessonly, and Gong. Manage content effectively within these platforms. 
  • Process Improvement and Onboarding: Streamline processes for onboarding and training, including managing and assigning curriculum within LMS platforms. 
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Regularly analyze data points from various tools, providing insights and reports on performance, engagement, and sales trends. 
  • System Integration and Enhancement: Facilitate and improve integrations of enablement tools with Salesforce and other platforms to improve effectiveness.
  • Resource Development and Optimization: Develop and maintain essential resources for sales enablement, focusing on practicality and user-friendliness.

The internship has a hybrid working model, with 3-4 days in the office.

About you

The ideal candidate would be proficient in handling a variety of platforms including Seismic, Lessonly, Gong, Spekit, and Salesforce, and be adept at identifying and implementing system improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (graduated or post-graduated in 2023 or 2024).
  • Exposure to sales enablement, content management, or a similar role in a tech-forward environment. 
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing various sales enablement and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex data and turning insights into action.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
