UX Engineering Intern null

Your role

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a suite of B2B SaaS applications and mobile apps. Your responsibilities may include supporting UX design, research, and strategy, partnering on all aspects of the UX design cycle, and ensuring that UX requirements are delivered on time. The duration of the internship program will be 1 year.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with the development team to tag pages and features in Pendo for analytics and user insights.
• Document and report UI bugs and inconsistencies across web and mobile platforms, ensuring clear communication with the design and development teams for timely resolution.
• Support the UX team in the design and iteration of new features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Update and maintain a clickable prototype in Figma for existing applications, ensuring high fidelity and up-to-date representation of the product.

About you

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX design for complex web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Pendo for tagging and analytics is highly desirable.
• Ability to identify and document UI bugs effectively, with an understanding of common UI testing bugs and how to report them.
• Front-end development experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UX best practices, responsive design, and mobile-first approach.
