In this role, you will collaborate with distributed teams to tag web and mobile pages in their analytics platform, ensure front-end code supports tagging, create tooltips and guides within the platform, and maintain relevant documentation. The role requires familiarity with web and mobile analytics platforms, the ability to log and track tickets in Jira, and strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional, global, teams. Front-end web, Android, and iOS development experience is preferred.
Responsibilities and duties:
Analytics Implementation:Work with their development, product, and UX teams on implementing tracking across digital platforms.
Code Optimization: Apply their understanding of front-end code to assist in ensuring that front-end code is optimized for tracking and maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any issues related to data tracking and ensure accurate reporting.
Documentation: Keep process documentation, naming conventions, and implementation guides current and accessible.
In-App Help: Work with the dev, product, and UX teams to create and maintain web and mobile tooltips and in-app guides via the analytics platform.
About you
Qualifications:
Analytics Familiarity: A keen interest in digital analytics and tracking systems. Prior experience is a plus, but we welcome fresh perspectives.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies; mobile development experience is a plus.
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our diverse, international teams.
Issue Documentation: Proficiency in documenting and tracking interface discrepancies, with Jira experience being a plus.
BE/ Btech degree in Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications field graduating in 2024/2023 and those who have completed a relevant diploma or certification in UX/ Design Course.
Duration:
The internship would be for one year, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance and availability.
