Domain: Banking Domain

• Sound knowledge of Functional Testing within Asset Management / Wealth Management / Capital Markets space with a reasonable understanding of Test management, Test Planning, Test case documentation, etc.
• Ability to appreciate the underlying business processes/data sets being tested for within Middle office operations.
• Experience in independently delivering on responsibilities of UAT that focus on the end-user experience, business process/operational flow, functional (manual), and data testing with limited need for supervision.
• Prior experience in managing testing for migration-related projects (from one application ecosystem to another) is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques
• Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific skillsets outlined in key skills
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the End-to-End Business Testing (i.e. Functional testing (manual), Acceptance testing, and Data Testing) for AMG business and operation processes. This includes test case/scenario design, test data preparation, test execution, management, and coordination of the End-to-End Testing to ensure the solution meets the quality standards and the desired business outcomes before implementing in Production.
• Exposure to formal test processes (using Test Management / Defect Management tools like Test Director / Quality Center / any other)
• Good analytical and logical thinking
• Reasonable understanding of Asset / Wealth Management business and the processes within
• Critical thinking skills with a focus on high quality
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
• Knowledge of tools JIRA, Confluence, MS-Excel, SQL is preferred
• Agile ways of operating using Scrum Framework are recommended
• Test environment setup & execution (IUT/MT/ST)
• Able to work across multiple stakeholder groups including Senior Stakeholders
