Job Summary:

  • Ability to work in scheduled operating hours (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Relevant work experience in HR Administration/Operations space.
  • Experience in the use of HR systems e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on expertise in the creation / update of SOPs is an added plus
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently in a multitasking environment and balance workload based on priorities is highly recommended.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and constantly evolve in terms of delivery quality with a “can do” attitude.
  • Proactive, deadline-oriented with an eye for details.

Primary Skills:

  • Building supportive relationships with peers, colleagues & Clients.
  • Experience in the use of HR systems e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle.

Secondary Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • HCM Database management.
