Must-Have Skills

  • Agile Scrum methodology practioner
  • In-depth understanding of the domain  ability to understand domains quickly  
  • Requirement Gathering, analysis via interaction with Product Strategists and end-users
  • Prioritize requirements based on user value importance time and other team dependencies
  • Explaining requirements to the team, helping the team in estimation, coordination of dependencies with other analysts Product Owners 
  • Participating and conducting product demos  accepting work products of the team
  • Product development sustenance mindset preferred v s project mindset    Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design   
  • Hands-on in testing methodologies
  • Knowledgeable in Web Services, REST, SOAP
  • Should be flexible to work on Customer proprietary tools technologies and framework
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills in language(English)

Optional Good to have skills

  • Exposure to Hospitality domain preferred experience working on cloud platform eg. Salesforce  AWS or Azure
  • Experience with automation testing 
  • DevOps preferred  preferably Azure DevOps with automation, PowerShell, and Production Support Escalation Management experience preferred
