Summary of Responsibilities:
Become the domain expert on Competitive Data Analysis and research within the Competitive Intelligence Organisation when it comes to Customer Insights.
Have a deep understanding of the business drivers and our organisational imperatives to be able to articulate our business and insights to relevant data and operational partners.
Primarily responsible for developing Account Snapshots with Competitive Insights into the Customer: Partner Mapping, Buyer Interest, Competitor Install Base.
Skills, Experience Required:
Education background and Demonstrable capability in quantitative & qualitative data analysis.
Experience working with Sales, Revenue, and Market research data and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HG Insights, Bombora,
At least 2 years experience in a Business Intelligence role.
Knowledge in the use of requirements gathering tools and techniques as part of the Business Analyst toolkit.
