You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals at the CX Vendor Strategy & Management Office who have the overall responsibilities for running the entire lifecycle for Statement of Work for CX Centers teams. In this role, you will handle Cisco's relationship with vendors who supply contractor resources. Through strong procurement leadership, negotiation, communication and influencing skills, you will build trust and confidence with vendors, while fostering Cisco's business objectives. You will work closely with key internal customers and external vendors to understand contractor staffing needs and partner with stakeholders to ensure Cisco is getting the best value for its spend. You will also work with other teams within CX Vendor Strategy & Management Office to gain and report key metrics that help drive positive changes and continue to provide exceptional service to Cisco customers.
