Your role

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Assist customers in curating research publications to their respective profiles and troubleshoot queries related to Author Profiles.
• Curate bibliographic information such as article title, manuscript ID, journal title, review date, editor name & editor email IDs from the peer review emails received from the peer reviewers.
• Expected to follow prescribed editorial policies, procedures, and instructions to capture the bibliographic information with required quality metrics.
• Colleague is expected to have good communication skills, typing skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
• Expected to have the ability and willingness to do repetitive work in a highly productive environment.

About you

To apply for this position the following requirements should be fulfilled;

Qualifications:

• Freshers / 1-2 years of experience with the below-mentioned skills would also be considered.
• Good communication skills (Oral & Written) in English are highly mandatory, typing skills and a high level of attention to detail. 
• Any UG Graduate preferably from computer science/basic science domains.

It would be great if you also have . . .  

• Good understanding of research publication workflows and policies.
• Experience working in the publishing industry is desirable.
