The job position plays a support & coordination role in the Integrated Execution of all marketing programs & Commercialization of a new pack, product launches for the CMG business including all channel verticals and NBV
Customer interfacing and coordination with Customer HQ and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of integrated campaigns
Central coordinator with bottler teams for execution of Premia, Merchandise, POSM – Checking if POSM/ marketing activation elements have reached/ executed
MIS & Business intelligence: Pre-align metrics and scorecards for integrated execution programs and maintain trackers to review and publish post-execution results & learnings
Managing stores for any category branding/ initiative execution with local account resources
Product samples for listing/ initiatives – Tracking and coordination with vendors for supply to customers
Other Deliverables
End to end vendor management for CMG projects
Vendor shortlisting and alignment with procurement
PO generation
Logistics management of supplying goods/merchandise to stores/ regional offices/ bottlers
Delivery tracking of goods and services
Claims and closures: Vendor GRNs and payment process including handling of SAP GRN’s, invoice validation for all NKA vendors on behalf of CMG team, further supporting CMG team on any queries from Finance, Procurement, PS team regarding documentation/approvals if required, handling vendors queries on behalf of the team

Scope covers India only; Individual contributor role
Qualifications & Requirements
2-3 years of experience including vendor coordination, merchandising development etc.
Strong attention to detail and process understanding
Able to navigate through internal network processes and external customer interactions as required
Exposure and understanding of channels including MT, IC would be added advantage
Communication Focus
Internal communication with the OU Customer, Finance, PS and Marketing team
External communication includes customer engagement, bottling partners
