Your role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Responsible for finding relevant job postings and identifying potential prospects.
• Implement and manage lead-generation campaigns, including email, cold call, social media, and other channels.
• Utilise various websites such as Linkedin, Naukri, Instahyre etc. to find relevant job postings and identify potential prospects.
• Manage, qualify, and assign inbound leads from different channels to account managers for further handling and follow-up.
• Identify and collect new email addresses for marketing outreach, and handle the end-to-end management of email campaigns, including content development and execution.
• Maintain a lead database with accuracy & provide regular reporting on lead generation performance and results.
• Utilise AI tools to assist the team in accurately extracting and analysing the relevant data of prospective clients.
• Experiment with various methods to increase the leads for the team
