Your role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Candidate engagement: Act as candidates' primary point of contact, addressing their queries, and ensuring a smooth placement process.
• Coordination: Work closely with Key Account Managers and other internal teams to manage ongoing placement processes and resolve related queries.
• Dashboard management: Handle the company’s internal and external dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Data management: Utilize advanced Google Sheets functions (e.g., V/H-lookup, sorting, and organizing data) to manage and analyze data efficiently (good to have)
• Problem-solving: Predict and mitigate risks, taking ownership of tasks and working independently to push boundaries.
• Profiling candidates: Conduct thorough profiling of candidates to ensure their qualifications and experiences align with job requirements.
• Job posting and shortlisting: Post job descriptions (JDs) on the Candidate Management System (CMS).
• Prepare and manage shortlists of qualified candidates based on specific job requirements.
